Multilingual speaking Sales Agents (German, Finnish, Czech/Slovak)

Our client, and international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self driven individuals to join their Sales team in their office in Warwaw, Poland.

• To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
• Making daily outbound calls and follow ups
• Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products
• Promoting the site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering
• Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and
• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support

• An energetic passion for customer service and sales
• A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the companys’ sites, products and promotions.
• A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
• Able to communicate at bilingual or native level in German, Finnish, Czech or Slovak required and English
• An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
• Availability to work on shifts Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
• Target oriented and driven by achieving goals
