We're looking for a hands-on Back-end Developer (Medior or Senior) that vibes with the Startup Life!

Tasks

You’ll be bridging the gap between our product vision, evolving market needs, and the technical foundation of our platform. Picture yourself building highly scalable back-end services, experimenting with ML-driven features, and generally creating something that the world has never seen before.

We're a deeply innovative startup so we're pretty much looking for someone who has the right mindset - people who take pride in building awesome stuff and who thrive on getting things done!

Must haves

Startup life mentality (if 9 to 5 is sacred, this ain't it)
At least 5 years Hands-on experience building scalable back-ends (in .Net, Postgres, Firebase, Google Cloud, Docker, Git & versioning, API integrations with rich clients, ...)
An interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and some experience with prompting and integrating LLMs robustly in a production workflow
Experience with back-end testing methodologies
A can-do, no-whining, solution-first mindset
Comfortable switching between Dutch or French and English
A decent sense of humor (we will test this)
Based somewhere near Hasselt

Nice to haves

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science
Fluent in both Dutch, English and/or French
Experience with AI tools, services, pretty much anything that is tech and innovative
Actual love for building products that rock the world
You're between 24 and 36 years old (same as the rest of the crew)
Not working with a recruiting agency (seriously, apply yourself or don’t apply at all)
