Mid Senior & Senior Backend Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Backend Developer who is not only adept at problem-solving but also passionate about learning and growth. You’ll join a squad of jokers who aren’t afraid to push boundaries and innovate using a variety of technologies.

• Work primarily with Rails, Python, and Node.js. (Familiarity with these languages is beneficial, but not mandatory.)
• Leverage the power of cloud-managed services like AWS and Azure.
• Contribute to building secure, scalable, and optimized infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
• Manage and mentor other software engineers, including junior and intern engineers.
• Communicate effectively with other domains such as PM, mobile, FE, and QC.
• Design and develop robust system architectures.
• Create project plans and provide accurate time estimates.
• Continuously learn and absorb new technologies, including OpenAI, prompt engineering, and sophisticated infrastructure development.

• At least 4 years of experience.
• A smart problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
