We are seeking an experienced GoLang Developer to join a high-impact project.
This is a full-time on-site position in Austin, Texas, offering career growth opportunities, flexible working dynamics, and potential international exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of sprint execution and task delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and U.S.-based counterparts to ensure project success.
- Contribute actively to architecture discussions, design reviews, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodology for project execution and delivery.
- Maintain proactive communication on project status, risks, and issues with all stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with GoLang.
- Strong hands-on experience with OAuth authentication and security modules implementation.
- Strong expertise in designing and building scalable and secure RESTful APIs, with a focus on robust architecture and advanced API design, beyond just using APIs.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and API Integration.
- Practical experience with AWS or GCP cloud services.
- Familiarity with dependency management tools such as Godep or Sltr.
- Proficiency with code generation tools in GoLang.
- Skilled in using version control systems like Git (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Exposure to Active Directory and Identity Management (IDM) integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience leading design and code reviews in distributed, large-scale systems.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud-native applications.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining tight collaboration with cross-functional teams.
