Job Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team for an international project. The professional will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that processes and workflows are optimized to meet the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, Incident Management, and others.
- Ensure the platform is running efficiently and without interruptions.
- Implement and manage system updates and patches.
- Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Make adjustments and configurations based on user and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions that enhance processes.
- Manage users, permissions, and security settings within the platform.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with ServiceNow administration.
- Knowledge of modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, Incident Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system integrations and automation within the platform.
- ServiceNow Administrator certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced English skills required for communication with international teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in ServiceNow, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with external integrations and workflow automation.
- Experience with scripting and development within the ServiceNow platform.
