As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven AE to join our team in Berlin. You’ll be pivotal in growing our customer base, building strong relationships, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. Collaborating closely with our Co-Founders and leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in making trade compliance faster, smarter, and more efficient for businesses worldwide.

Aufgaben

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in mid- to large-sized enterprises, ensuring our platform meets their unique needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals
  • Identify customer pain points and effectively communicate how traide AI can address them
  • Collaborate with our Product and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Actively track and report sales metrics to the leadership team

Qualifikation

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and data-driven sales methodologies
  • Fluency in German and English
  • A self-starter mentality with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced startup environment
