Tasks
The CEO will have the following key responsibilities:

- Leadership & Change: Guide the company through its next phase of transformation, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring that operational and strategic initiatives are aligned with growth objectives.
- Culture: Build and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture, with a focus on employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
- Recruiting: Scale the leadership team and workforce to meet growing market demands, ensuring that the portfolio company attracts and retains top-tier talent.
