Financial Accountant Supervisor (m/w/d)

To strengthen our finance team in TIENS Turkey, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Financial Accountant Supervisor (m/w/d)

• Oversee the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and evaluate variance analyses, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management to support informed decision-making.
• Supervise compliance of accounting records under HGB and IFRS, coordinating with external tax advisors and auditors as required.
• Oversee VAT and tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with Turkish and German tax regulations, and act as the key contact for external audits and tax reviews.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, payment processes, and banking transactions, ensuring strong liquidity management and internal controls.
• Review and approve invoices, contracts, and expense claims in accordance with company policies and authorization guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with regional and HQ finance teams on financial reporting, internal controls, and continuous process improvements.
• Supervise distributor bonus calculations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely payouts.
• Lead and contribute to the development of internal financial policies, procedures, and digitalization initiatives, driving efficiency and standardization.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering professional growth, performance accountability, and adherence to best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax and accounting regulations, IFRS, HGB, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish, proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
