Financial Accountant Manager (m/w/d)

To strengthen our finance team in TIENS Turkey, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Financial Accountant Manager(m/w/d)

• Prepare, analyze, and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management to support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records (HGB, IFRS) in cooperation with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Manage VAT and other tax-related topics, ensuring compliance with Turkish and German tax regulations, and support external audits.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, payment processes, and banking transactions.
• Review and approve invoices, contracts, and expenses in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate closely with regional and HQ finance teams on reporting, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Support distributor bonus calculations and ensure accurate and timely payouts.
• Contribute to the development of internal financial policies, procedures, and digitalization initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax and accounting regulations, IFRS, HGB, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish. proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
