Tasks

  • Handle end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance, documentation, duties & taxes management, and transport coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local legal requirements.
  • Negotiate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics providers to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain performance to reduce delays, risks, and costs.
  • Support inventory management by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and problem resolution.
  • Monitor and control logistics expenses, returns, and duties/taxes, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure smooth cross-border operations and compliance with legal regulations. Support the implementation of logistics projects and regional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations, preferably in an international company.
  • Solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
  • Excellent speaking and writing in Turkish and English languages
