Tasks

  • Manage product lifecycle from concept, registration, and launch through to discontinuation, ensuring compliance with both corporate standards and local regulations.
  • Oversee regulatory submissions, labeling, and certification processes for health, nutrition, and cosmetic products.
  • Collaborate with Supplier, marketing, and sales teams to adapt global products to local market needs and ensure timely approvals.
  • Monitor changes in local and EU regulatory frameworks, ensuring all products meet compliance requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure quality standards across product categories.
  • Support distributor network with product knowledge, compliance guidance, and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance reports, ensuring alignment with company policies and regional regulations.
  • Execute all compliance and product-related projects delegated from the regional office.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, regulatory affairs, or compliance, ideally in FMCG, health products, or direct selling industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish regulatory frameworks and product registration processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving mindset.
