Tasks
- Experienced in the business model of Multi-Level Marketing (Direct Selling) and its mechanism
- Manage the country operations in conjunction with corporate standards to grow sales and market share
- Development and implementation of marketing plan, business development strategy and product positioning plan.
- Identification of Distributor’ needs and high growth areas/trends to target marketing and sales programs
- Developing recruitment and retention programs to build Distributor base and loyalty
- Planning and execution of all sales events
- Protection of the companies’ assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Execution of all projects delegated from the region
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or equivalent education
- Experienced manager with at least 3 years of work experience in Network-Marketing and 3 years of leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of the local market, product management and licensing requirements, and the ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities
- Excellent speaking and writing in Local and English languages
