Working Student Performance Marketing - German speaking (m/w/d)

THE TEAM

The marketing team is responsible for advertising our many events on Ticketmaster with thousands of venues, artists, sports teams, festivals, performing arts centers and theaters. We are fans ourselves and are looking for someone passionate about the live entertainment industry to become an integral part of our team.

THE JOB

To support our performance marketing team, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) in the field of performance marketing.

In performance marketing, we manage all paid and directly measurable online marketing campaigns, making us one of the driving forces behind our growth. We work with a KPI-driven, analytical approach and are always one step ahead of market trends.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Defining and monitoring relevant KPIs
• Creating reports
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns based on common KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations
• Supporting the planning, implementation, and execution of new performance campaigns
• Assisting in the conception and coordination of marketing materials

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

• High level of initiative and very good organizational skills
• Native level German and very good English skills as we are an international team communicating in both languages frequently.
• Excellent analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
• Excellent handling of MS Office (especially Excel)

• High level of initiative and very good organizational skills
• A passion for the live industry
• Teamwork and proactivity
• A long-term availability of at least one year with 14-20 hours per week is desirable
