Threls is a purpose-driven software company that builds intuitive technology so organizations can focus on what actually matters. Founded in 2017, we are a team of 50+ people across offices in Malta, Gozo, and Tallinn, with clients in the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
We deliver custom software for companies building something serious, long-term technology partnerships with organizations who want a team that stays, and our own product Twine — a point-of-sale and e-commerce platform built for scale and simplicity. Our clients span fintech, retail, healthcare, and the public sector.
We hold every project and decision against a framework we call the Compass: Clarity, Rhythm, Craftsmanship, Partnership, Sustainability. We do not outsource our work — every person is part of the team, hired carefully and trusted completely. Self-funded and independent, we answer only to our clients and to each other.
