MatchFast HR was founded by Ariyan Seyed Nassir. Ariyan previously founded the venture fund Uplift1 and worked at Goldman Sachs, HV Capital and various VC-backed startups. He is also an active angel investor.

To find the best candidates, Ariyan leverages the network that he built during his previous ventures and at universities like WHU, Uni Mannheim and Stanford. He also founded several communities for founders & operators, angel investors and VCs.
