Your role in this company:

As a Career Transition Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of leadership that inspires work/life balance, advanced business growth, and cutting edge team culture. • Professional Background

3-4 years experience in wellness, education, sales, human resources, entrepreneurship, consulting, or related fields is a plus.

Open to both seasoned professionals and those transitioning from other careers into purpose-driven work

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Comfortable engaging in authentic conversations with individuals one-on-one or in group settings

Able to share stories, content, or ideas that inspire and resonate with others

Ability to coach others in reaching their goals and higher levels of success

• Tech & Business Acumen

Basic digital fluency (familiarity with Zoom, email, social media, CRM platforms, etc.)

Comfortable using online tools and platforms to connect, share, and market

Willingness to be trained and coachable in this global training system

Willing to learn, grow, and receive mentorship while also leading others
