Your Role in this Mission:

As a Career Growth and Empowerment Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of leadership that inspires work/life balance, advanced business growth, and cutting edge team culture. Professional Background

• 3-4 years experience in wellness, education, sales, human resources, entrepreneurship, consulting, or related fields is a plus.

• Open to both seasoned professionals and those transitioning from other careers into purpose-driven work

Communication & Influence

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable engaging in authentic conversations with individuals one-on-one or in group settings

• Able to share stories, content, or ideas that inspire and resonate with others

• Ability to coach others in reaching their goals and higher levels of success

Tech & Business Acumen

• Basic digital fluency (familiarity with Zoom, email, social media, CRM platforms, etc.)

• Comfortable using online tools and platforms to connect, share, and market

• Willingness to be trained and coachable in this global training system

Work Style & Leadership

• Self motivated and strong professional focus —you manage your own time and productivity

• Willing to learn, grow, and receive mentorship while also leading others

• Ability to follow a proven process while bringing your unique voice and style
