Tasks
- Managing shareholder relationships and obligations
- Overseeing company monitoring obligations, such as reporting and filings
- Handling group restructures and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
- Overseeing group and shareholders' tax advisory services
- Managing Group Digital Assets Protection Policy and Trademarks
- Assessing Tax impacts and strategies over group corporate structure and digital assets management
- Updating documentation and UBO information at Malta Business Registry, as well as any other registry within the group scope, as needed
- Advise on corporate restructuring, as necessary
- Stay current with developments in the remote gambling industry and contribute to the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Administer the entities forming part of The Mill Adventure’s and oversee corporate secretarial duties, including maintaining corporate records, assisting in board meetings, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations
Requirements
- 3-5 year’s experience as part of a legal team
- iGaming experience is nice to have
- Legal degree
- Excellent understanding of the iGaming landscape and ecosystem is nice to have
- Business focused, practical and commercial facing
- Highly pragmatic and proactive
- Synthetic thinker
- High standards of meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take the ownership of various tasks and work on your own initiative with minimum supervision
- Team player with a hands-on approach
- Willing to grow in a small but highly-performing team
