We are offering a position to build and lead our content management team. Tellonym is a platform about answering questions. Your core challenge is creating a process that continuously creates and finds great performing questions, then amplifies those to multiple languages and countries.

Tasks
- Develop a deep understanding of the engagement of our platform and get a feeling for what content creates engagement
- Creatively develop new content that users love
- Learn and iterate based on user feedback and KPIs
- Manage a team of external freelancers and build an internal team
Requirements
- You have a process for creativity. Your creativity doesn't depend on external factors
- You speak English amazingly. German or Arabic language knowledge is a bonus.
- You are excited to work hard to grow as a person and become the best version of yourself
- You are an extremely quick learner and know how to quickly adapt to new challenges
- You are your own's biggest critic, able to see reality as it is
- You are very disciplined and excel at managing your own schedule to be productive
- You are flexible and excited about travelling once a quarter for team off-sites
