As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist customers with their online shopping experience. From resolving inquiries to providing guidance on orders, you’ll help create an effortless and enjoyable journey for every user. • Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat – in a helpful, friendly and professional way
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments and account settings
• Handle complaints with patience and care, always aiming for the best outcome
• Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as needed
• Take part in a paid training so you’re fully prepared to succeed
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Fluent English (at least B1) for internal communication
• Either already living in Portugal or ready to relocate (EU citizenship required)
• Open to working in shifts, including weekends
