Taxforce is a Berlin-based, AI-native tax advisory firm founded in 2025. We’re building a new type of Steuerkanzlei: highly automated, technology-first, and designed around real client needs.

We’re starting with healthcare professionals, a complex and underserved segment, and plan to expand into additional industries over time.

Backed by €5M from Tenet VC, our team brings experience from Goldman Sachs, Harvard Business School, Klarna and Bain. We’re a small, ambitious group working closely together, with direct exposure to founders and a strong focus on ownership and execution.

We believe tax advisors should be more than service providers. Too often, clients receive compliance-only support: bookkeeping, filings, and little real guidance.

Our mission is to change that.

We’re building a proactive, strategic, and tech-enabled tax advisory experience, where automation handles the repetitive work and advisors can focus on what really matters: helping clients make better decisions.

In a €40B market with outdated processes and no clear playbooks for AI, we aim to redefine what modern tax advisory looks like — and become long-term partners to our clients as they build and grow their businesses.
