This white-label solution saves high development costs and time, enabling fast market access and easy usability for end users. Regulatory requirements can be covered for appropriate assets via Tangany's crypto custody license if required.

For our continued growth, we are looking for a backend developer to join our team and take E2E responsibility for our new Staking product together with your team. You will play an essential role in the development and success of our product, working with your team to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers while achieving our goals associated with the product. • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services for our staking platform and implement advanced staking strategies to optimize yield
• Make independent decisions about architecture, software design, and implementation
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the staking infrastructure
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology, staking protocols, and DeFi
• Using node.js with TypeScript, you will develop scalable & secure backend services and APIs operated by you and your team using the Microsoft Azure infrastructure
• Bring in your DevOps mindset and implement and maintain Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines to ensure the highest quality standards while continuously delivering customer value
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to staking operations, backend systems, and staking infrastructure
• Develop and maintain standards for our software development, especially regarding code quality, clean code, automated testing and deployment, diagnostics, and monitoring

• Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on blockchain and staking technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as TypeScript and node.js or similar
• Deep understanding of various staking mechanisms (e.g. PoS, DPoS), blockchain ecosystems, and node infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of database systems, API development, and microservices architecture
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape of crypto assets, especially in Germany
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance
