- To solve queries regarding the products through tele talk and convert them into buyers.
- Inform customers about product & services.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- To get in touch with the customer for the feedback .
- Support the team in creating reports and analysing data.
- CRM involves quickly and effectively identifying the root cause of a customer's problem, and providing creative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Very good spoken/written ENGLISH, confident with customer facing roles.
- Basic knowledge of computers (excel/ google sheets).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
