ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Account Director at Talon.One, based in Singapore, you will be responsible for driving business value consulting across the APAC and Middle East regions. In this role, you will collaborate with both pre-sales and post-sales teams to help clients maximize the value of our platform.

You will also work directly with system integrators (SI) and agency partners, supporting them to ensure successful client pitches and long-term success. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in renewals and new business development, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for both internal teams and external stakeholders. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and post-sales teams to demonstrate ROI and long-term business benefits to clients
  • Lead consulting engagements to ensure that clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of the Talon.One platform
  • Work directly with SI and agency partners, ensuring alignment on client goals and facilitating smooth project implementations
  • Play a hands-on role in renewals and expansion opportunities by aligning our platform’s capabilities with client business objectives
  • Analyze client performance and develop strategic insights to further expand their use of Talon.One
  • Build business cases and present them to key decision-makers, highlighting financial and operational benefits

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a Go-To-Market position, ideally within Martech or SI
  • Strong technical understanding, with experience working closely with system integrators and agency partners
  • Experience in the APAC and/or Middle East markets, with a focus on retail/banking/telco
  • Proven ability to manage complex consulting engagements and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with platforms like SFCC, CommerceTools, Magento is advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
