Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector for home appliances.
We're looking for a Team Leader for their Contact Center's sales team for France and Netherlands located in Madrid. In this possition, your main tasks will be the following:
- Being responsible of the Team and HR management like organizing daily schedules, manage absences and holidays, resolve employee relations issues...
- Ensuring efficient customer service by providing daily direction and communication to the teams and managing the workload.
- Creating and maintaining a high-quality work environment, implementing improvement strategies and creating reward activities.
- Giving feedback and having monthly performance reviews with agents (1-2-1) including coaching and audits.
- Managing monthly incentives and coordinating their approval with the Operations Manager.
- Meeting with other departments to report processes, resolve issues and implementing strategies.
You're the one we're lookinf for if:
- You speak an advanced level of both French and Dutch.
- You have experience leading teams of at least 6-8 people in a contact center environment.
- You live in Madrid.
- You have outstanding communication, organization and motivating teams skills.
- You have demonstrable skills to achive objectives.
Which are the working conditions?
- Full-time long-term contract directly with our client.
- Hybrid work model (3 days per week of remote work and 2 days of office).
- Working hours with flexible entrance from Monday to Friday (8am/9am to 5pm/6pm with 1 hour break)
