Tasks

Monitor in-game activities to ensure a safe and fun environment for all players.
Implement and enforce game rules, addressing any violations or disruptive behavior.
Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on game mechanics and player experience.
Assist players with issues they encounter, offering guidance and support when needed.
Host and organize in-game events and activities to engage the player community.

Requirements

Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities, especially within Roblox.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with players and team members.
Attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues or rule violations quickly.
Previous experience as a moderator or community manager is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our global player base.
