As a Business & Brand Operations Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for turning strategy into tangible results — across the entire value chain: from brand development to operational processes and scaling in the market.

  • Close collaboration with the CEO on strategy development at both company and brand level

  • Active co-responsibility for launching new brands as well as developing and positioning our existing portfolio

  • Ownership of business development and expansion into new markets and growth opportunities

  • P&L responsibility at brand level (revenue, margins, profitability)

  • Translating strategic decisions into concrete actions and driving execution within the team

  • Responsibility for operational execution across business operations, supply chain, and logistics

  • Ensuring efficient processes across the entire supply chain (procurement, production, distribution)

  • Introducing, structuring, and continuously optimizing processes and organizational setups

  • Building clear ownership structures and scaling the organization

  • Leading projects across the entire value chain

  • Monitoring KPIs, margins, brand performance, and operational efficiency

  • Ensuring that strategies and processes are not only defined but consistently executed

You make sure strategy doesn’t end in PowerPoint — but becomes visible in strong brands, efficient processes, and measurable performance in the market.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in an operational and/or brand-driven role (FMCG, beauty, retail, or similar)

  • Proven track record in brand building and brand development

  • Strong understanding of business development and scalable business models

  • Experience with P&L responsibility at product or brand level

  • Solid knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and operational processes

  • Experience in implementing and managing processes and organizational structures

  • Ideally, experience with SAP B1 or comparable ERP systems

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset

  • High level of ownership, drive, and clear results orientation

  • Fluency in German and English
