Sussex Teachers are an independent recruitment company that have supported Sussex schools since 2007. We founded our company to offer an alternative service to the large corporate agencies, and believe in providing an honest, fair, and local supply chain that benefits both our schools and our teaching team. With a personal and friendly approach, our experienced team of consultants work in partnership with you to find work that suits your teaching style and pedagogy.
Mission
After joining Sussex Teachers, our expert consultants will work on your behalf to find jobs that suit you and your lifestyle. Depending on your goals, we can represent you in your search to find permanent teaching jobs, offering coaching and advice throughout every stage of the interview process.
Alternatively, if you prefer the flexibility of daily supply and short-term contracts, we will regularly liaise with you to gain feedback on placements that you have enjoyed and schools you are happy to return to.
We work in partnership with our schools and teachers to find the best fit for all parties, and pride ourselves on our clear and honest communications with both candidates and clients
