Sushi Circle started its fine dining journey in 1997, proudly opening our very first restaurant in Frankfurt. We were pioneers, bringing the concept of the Sushi Circle to Germany.

Today, our passion has spread far and wide: in addition to two restaurants in Dresden and Leipzig, we have more than 300 sushi stores in supermarkets across Germany — and we're expanding everyday!

What you will do:

• Overall responsibility for goal achievement in regard to sales, profit and hygiene standardsin the assigned region.
• Leading and developing the assigned Area Managers.
• First point of contact for our retail partners.
• Close cooperation with the expansion team.
• Point of contact for external service providers.
• Close cooperation with the shopfitting and service department.

What your characteristics are:

You have a degree in hosiptality and have already gained experience in a similar position. Ideally, you also have experience in the field of sushi and food retail.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
