Your mission at Superchat:
- Identify and acquire new customers across the European market, managing the entire sales cycle.
- Conduct market research to understand local customer needs and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Deliver product demos and provide tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with teams to improve messaging, product offerings, and internal workflows.
What you bring to the table:
- You love communicating and genuinely enjoy interacting with different personalities.
- You’re motivated to work five days a week from our beautiful office in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
- Ideally, you already have experience in direct customer interactions, preferably in B2B or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sectors (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, Event Management, etc.).
- You’re fluent in English and additionally speak Spanish or Italian.
