Flutter Web Developer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Flutter Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building performant, scalable, and responsive web applications using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to bring seamless digital experiences to life across browsers and devices.

• Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code with pixel-perfect precision.
• Optimize web apps for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile views.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment practices.
• Stay up-to-date with Flutter Web development trends and contribute to internal best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience working with Flutter, including at least 1 year building production-grade web applications.
• Solid understanding of the Flutter rendering engine for the web.
• Experience with responsive design and adapting Flutter layouts to web constraints.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals (even though Flutter handles most of it).
• Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Experience integrating with authentication systems (e.g., Firebase Auth, OAuth2).
• Understanding of web performance tools and SEO basics.
• Experience deploying Flutter Web apps using hosting platforms like Firebase, Vercel, or AWS.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and PWA capabilities.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to UI detail.
• Previous experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
