Your tasks:

• Leading and motivating the team, including regular feedback meetings.
• Ensuring successful onboarding of new team members.
• Planning, coordinating, and optimizing inbound processes.
• Monitoring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Close collaboration with other departments and external partners.
• Hands-on support during bottlenecks in daily operations.
• Creating and analyzing reports on performance metrics (KPIs).
• Capacity and shift planning to ensure smooth operations.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Training the team on new procedures and best practices.

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in warehouse logistics or a similar field
• Work experience in warehousing
• Leadership experience and a forklift license are a plus
