Staeger Personal Partners are working with a Switzerland based, international trading house looking for an experienced
Senior Metals / LME Derivatives Trader
(base metals, concentrates, precious)
To join their trading team in the Swiss office.
Tasks
Key responsibilities
- Execute and deliver LME trading strategies while working close to physical trading desks
- managing risk to generate profits within the LME metals market
- recognise optionality what physical trading offers to optimize the profit
- creating and handling the LME trading book with P&L responsibility
Requirements
Key qualifications
- Minimum 10 years base/concentrates metals trading experience on the LME
- Proven track record as LME / Derivatives metals trader generating positive P&L
- Through understanding and appreciate of regulatory and oblationary requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong self-initiative, analytical mindset and strong ability to navigate the market
