## Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality (m/f/d) to join our team and lead our quality assurance and engineering efforts. As the Head of Quality (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our quality strategy while fostering collaborative relationships with our engineering and operations teams.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Influence, define, and implement the quality strategy to ensure the highest standards across our organization.
* Develop strong links with the engineering and operations teams through peer leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Define and implement quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure product excellence.
* Establish a system of metrics to monitor and drive measurable quality improvements.
* Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate key quality data and identify areas for enhancement.
* Collaborate with engineering to define critical-to-quality parameters for new product development and design for manufacturing activities.
* Stay updated on the latest quality management methodologies and developments, implementing best practices where applicable.
* Actively participate in multi-functional discussions, bringing valuable data-driven insights to key business initiatives.

## Qualifications:

* Peer Leadership competence
* Proven experience in quality management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the energy storage, lithium batteries or renewable energy sector.
* Expertise in implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Fluency in both English and German languages.
