## Your mission

* Supporting the planning, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (e.g., on Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Meta).
* Creating and analyzing campaign performance reports based on KPIs to make data-driven optimizations.
* Taking responsibility for implementing and optimizing marketing automations in HubSpot (workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring).
* Segmenting and maintaining customer data in HubSpot to enable targeted campaigns.
* Creating marketing materials such as landing pages, emails, and forms in HubSpot.
* Collaborating with the content team to develop performance-oriented content.
* Researching current trends and technologies in performance marketing and marketing automation.

## Your profile

* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
* Solid experience working with HubSpot (e.g., automations, reporting, campaign management).
* Understanding of performance marketing channels and KPIs (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROI).
* Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven work.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ideally basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools.
* Creativity and a knack for targeted communication.
* Independent working style and willingness to commit to long-term projects.
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
