We are looking for an experienced People Manager to help drive our HR operations and foster an exceptional employee experience within STABL Energy’s Business Administration team in Munich.
Your mission
This role focuses on operational excellence and people development, encompassing both hands-on and strategic HR management:
Administrative HR Management (70%)
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, supporting our growth objectives with the right skill sets.
- Onboarding Coordination: Design, manage and execute onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging introduction to STABL.
- Employee Support: Act as the go-to contact for employee questions on Personio, pay slips, and related HR matters.
- Payroll Preparation: Prepare payroll data for our external accounting partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- People Development: Shape development programs that nurture talent, focusing on both technical skills and soft skills.
Your profile
To excel in this role, you’ll bring a combination of proven HR expertise, adaptability, and a passion for people development:
- Experience: 3+ years in HR roles, ideally across 2-3 companies where you've led or supported HR projects from implementation to successful outcomes.
- Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR processes, with the ability to both execute and explain “why” behind practices.
- Innovation and Structure: Skilled in building HR structures and workflows from the ground up; experience with process automation is a strong plus.
- Tech Affinity: Interest in tech-driven environments and startup dynamics, with a comfort level in handling digital tools and HR software.
- Startup Mindset: Energized by a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adept at handling evolving HR needs.
