- Processing tickets
- Preparation of data in Excel
- Evaluation of study participants
- Validation of data sets
Requirements
- Affinity for statistics, data and data analysis
- Analytical & holistic thinking
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of market research an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Confluence
- Good communication skills within the team, with partners and customers
- English level C1 at least B2 preferred
- Organized and meticulous work ethic
- Knowledge of the postal & logistics sector an advantage
