We seek a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Spa & Hospitality Manager to lead Aria Spa at Athelis Club & Spa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, delivering an unparalleled wellness experience to our guests while driving financial success.

As Business Spa and Hospitality Manager, you will oversee Aria Spa's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire – Manage, train, and develop a high-performing spa team
• Drive Business Growth – Take complete ownership of financial performance, hitting revenue targets and managing budgets
• Deliver Luxury Experiences – Ensure every guest interaction reflects the world-class service expected at Aria Spa
• Uphold High Standards – Monitor treatment quality, implement training, and maintain service excellence
• Enhance the Guest Journey – Ensure seamless client experiences, from booking to post-treatment care
• Operational Excellence – Oversee spa presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations
• Product & Inventory Management – Manage stock ordering and control to support business needs

What We're Looking For

• Spa & Hospitality Experience – Proven management experience in a luxury spa.
• Professional Qualifications – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Spa Management.
• Luxury Brand Knowledge – Experience with Gaia, or similar high-end brands (preferred but not essential).
• Leadership & Motivation – A strong, inspiring leader who can drive performance and team engagement.
• Customer-First Mindset – Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Financial & Business Acumen – Comfortable managing budgets, revenue targets, and operational costs.

• Salary: £45,000 OTE
