• Provide professional haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatment
• Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other coloring techniques
• Advise clients on hair care, suitable hairstyles, and treatments based on their hair type and preferences
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety in the salon
• Keep up with the latest trends, techniques, and industry innovations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to provide a premium customer experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon setting
• Expertise in haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of different hair textures and styles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Passion for beauty and continuous learning
• A certification or diploma in hairdressing is a plus
