Your Role
As General Manager, you will take full commercial P&L and operational ownership of the Amsterdam branch, driving growth and profitability in line with the company’s regional strategy. You’ll lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with internal product and sales teams to expand the company’s multimodal portfolio—including trailer, container, and value-added logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development while maintaining excellent service levels for existing clients
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance in all transport and admin processes
• Lead, motivate, and develop the local team with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport partners to ensure capacity
• Align local activities with regional and corporate goals

• Proven track record in commercial leadership and P&L responsibility.
• Experience in general management within the logistics/transportation sector is a must.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
• Fluent in English and Dutch
