Our client, a leading force in the global transportation industry, is renowned for its commitment to sustainability and reliability, with operations spanning the globe, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to drive the success of its intermodal freight operations for their office in Badalona.
This role places you at the center of our operations, where you'll manage and optimize freight to ensure top-tier service delivery to our international clientele.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- The complete process of order acceptance, combined with administrative activities
- Act as an intermediary to our customers
- Ensure that all customer agreements are defined and applied
- Proactively solving problems that could lead to customer dissatisfaction
- Ensure that transport planners are aware of the orders taken
- Collaborate with the operational and sales teams
Requirements
- Have work experience in a customer service role - preferably in logistics
- Have strong communication skills and you are a real team player
- You are a precise worker
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Have very good working knowledge of English
