Throughout this three-month unpaid internship the AI Admin Intern will will assist in managing and optimizing text-based data for AI softwares to enhance user experience of our platforms for health and well-being.

The AI Admin Intern's additional duties entail:

• Utilize our designated software to generate and test audio files
• Contribute to the day-to-day running of our on-going AI-based projects
• Work to train, develop, and continuously refine our AI-powered chatbot
• Conduct research on AI-related topics, technologies, and trends
• Support the maintenance and optimization of AI systems and software, including updates, troubleshooting, and monitoring performance
• Occasionally undertake tasks outside the normal scope of your job or this job post

Education

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or is a recent graduate.

Experience

• Experience with Google Products
• Initial experience in start-ups or agencies (bonus)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Basic understanding of audio formats, especially MP3
• Familiarity with file upload/download procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals, and meet short deadlines
• Ability to take initiative, and independently complete tasks and projects
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to communicate edits and suggestions for edits to team members in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work remotely

Your internet connectivity is sufficiently maintained, allowing you to hold online meetings and accomplish tasks. Your devices (e.g. laptops and/or smartphones) are sufficiently maintained, allowing you to use these gadgets to accomplish tasks and to communicate with your team.
