We are currently looking for an experienced PMO Freelancer to support an international IT rollout project for a global enterprise customer. The pilot rollout has already gone live, and several additional international rollouts are planned across multiple sites worldwide.
The ideal candidate brings PMO experience within international IT projects and preferably experience in global IT rollout environments.

Tasks
- Support a global IT rollout project across international sites
- Support the Deployment Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of rollout activities
- PMO support for rollout planning, tracking, and reporting activities
- Coordination of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Preparation of project documentation, status reports, and management presentations
- Monitoring project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support the coordination and communication between international stakeholders, project teams, and local site representatives
- Support governance processes, meetings, and steering committees
- Support communication and organizational activities during the rollout phases
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as PMO in international IT projects
- Preferably experience in global IT rollout projects
- Strong understanding of project management and PMO methodologies
- Experience supporting deployment or rollout managers in international projects is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- PMO experience in governance, reporting, project documentation, and management presentations
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured and proactive working style
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
