Senior SAP Transformation & Integration Expert (FI/CO, BW, Testing & Cutover) - Freelance, Hungary

Our client, based in Budapest, has launched a large-scale international S/4HANA transformation program within a highly complex enterprise environment.

To support the coordination of multinational rollout, integration, testing and cutover activities, we are currently looking for a Senior SAP Transformation & Integration Lead (FI/CO, BW, Testing & Cutover).

• Coordination of project streams and alignment of activities with internal and external stakeholders, including development, migration, testing, integration and cutover topics within a multinational S/4HANA rollout environment
• Strong focus on testing, UAT and cutover
• Coordination of internal stakeholder and external system integrators
• Support and challenge functional and technical teams in topics related to SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, reporting, interfaces and local legacy system integrations
• Coordination and alignment of rollout activities between central/global template teams and local business units
• Support of migration and hypercare related activities within complex SAP transformation programs
• Coordination of integration topics and interfaces between SAP systems and connected local applications
• Identification and management of project risks, dependencies and escalations within a complex enterprise SAP landscape
• Preparation of management presentations, steering committee materials and regular status reporting towards program management and senior stakeholdersResource planning and coordination of internal and external project participants

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP project environments in roles such as SAP Transformation Lead, Integration Lead, Rollout Lead, Cutover Lead, Test Manager or Senior SAP Project Manager
• Strong experience in multinational SAP rollout and transformation programs with multiple countries, large user groups and central/global template environments
• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO and enterprise finance landscapes in complex international environments
• Deep understanding of SAP BW processes, data flows, reporting environments and integration scenarios within complex SAP landscapes
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in testing, UAT coordination, cutover planning and go-live execution within enterprise SAP transformation programs, ideally in roles such as Test Manager or Cutover Lead
• Good understanding of migration and hypercare activities within enterprise SAP transformation programs
• Experience in SAP integration topics, interfaces and local legacy system connections
• Good understanding of SAP MM/SD and end-to-end business processes within multinational SAP environments
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
