SAP SRM Consultant for our Talent Pool in Hungary

To expand our network, we are seeking experienced and highly qualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We regularly staff projects in international environments with a minimum duration of 6 to 12 months.

Currently, we are looking for an SAP SRM Consultant with at least 10 years of experience in international SAP programs and/or IT system rollouts. The ideal candidate will have excellent English and Hungarian language skills (spoken and written).

On-site presence in Budapest required.

The specific tasks depend on the client's needs for each project request.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as SAP SRM Consultant
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT and groupwide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare).
• Expertise in SAP SRM and a deep understanding of procurement and supplier relationship management processes.
• Experience with configuring SAP SRM functionalities, including sourcing, procurement, supplier collaboration, and contract management would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of integration with other SAP modules like SAP MM and FI.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze procurement challenges and implement efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with suppliers, procurement teams, and business units.
• Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe).
• Experience in implementing SAP SRM in large-scale organizations or multinational companies.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier relationship management strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and how it integrates with SRM or other cloud-based procurement solutions like SAP Ariba.
• Understanding of sourcing strategies, e-procurement, and supplier lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAP Solution ManagerFluent in English and Hungarian spoken and written.
