Migration Manager (SAP/IT-System Rollout) for our Talent Pool in Hungary

To be able to expand our network, we are searching for experienced and high-qualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 -12 months.

Currently, we are looking for a Migration Manager with experience in international SAP programs and/or IT system rollouts with min. 10 years’ experience in this role and excellent skills in English and Hungarian (spoken and written).

On-site presence in Budapest required.

The specific tasks depend on the client's needs for each project request.

• 10+ years of work experience within large-scale SAP/ERP/IT transformation programs
• 10+ years of experience as a Migration Manager
• Previous experience managing large-scale SAP migration projects, including migrations to SAP S/4HANA or cloud-based SAP solutions
• In-depth knowledge of migrating complex landscapes
• Knowledge of SAP data structures and modules to better understand data requirements and transformation needs
• Previous experience managing large-scale SAP migration projects, including migrations to SAP S/4HANA or cloud-based SAP solutions
• Experience with data quality management and data governance best practices
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, and ETL processes
• Strong change and problem-solving skills, as well as decision-making and conflict resolution abilities, combined with high initiative and enthusiasm
• Knowledge of the data migration process, including strategy and planning
• Analytical thinking and an independent, structured work style, combined with a hands-on mentality and drive
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and successfully engage in multiple interdependent projects/initiatives simultaneously
• Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAP Activate, SAFe)
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, both spoken and written
