SAP BW Consultant for our Talent Pool in Hungary

To be able to expand our network, we are searching for experienced and high-qualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 -12 months.

Currently, we are looking for an SAP BW Consultant with experience in international SAP programs and/or IT system rollouts with min. 10 years’ experience in this role and excellent skills in English and Hungarian (spoken and written).

On-site presence in Budapest required.

The specific tasks depend on the client's needs for each project request.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as SAP BW Consultant
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT and groupwide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare)
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA or traditional SAP BW and their processes
• Understanding of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, SAP MM) to facilitate cross-functional data reporting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle large data sets and complex business requirements
• Familiarity with SAP BI tools
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions or hybrid architectures
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams, stakeholder communities and end users
• Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
• International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading global projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager
• Fluent in English and Hungarian spoken and written
