SCRUM Master (m/f/d) for our talent pool

To be able to expand our network, we are searching for experienced and high-qualified experts for our talent pool. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6-12 months.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master with a proven track-record within the Pharma and / or Telco industry. Perfect candidates have a proven track record of min. 5 projects as a Scrum Master (not just certificates) and are fluent in English and/or German.

Our clients are mostly located in the DACH region. Therefore, only applications from candidates within the EU can be considered!

• Help the team to develop and work with Scrum
• Ensure the communication flow between development teams, other Scrum teams and other roles (e.g. Product Owner, Management) and works closely with the Release Train Engineer
• Facilitate the team's progress towards team goals
• Lead and facilitate team efforts in relentless improvement to build a high performing team
• Facilitate the Scrum events
• Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog
• Coach the Product Owner to understand and practice agility
• Promote quality practices and assist the teams in constantly improving the quality of their deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD)
• Support inter-team cooperation in the Agile Release Train and help the team to operate well on the train
• Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities
• Help manage risks and dependencies
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
• Remove impediments to the team and team's delivery

• A minimum experience of 5 years as a certified Scrum Master
• Has worked for serval organizations or projects - in programs with multiple Scrum teams in a single program
• Expert knowledge of Scrum, Lean and other Agile scaling models (SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent at communicating and coordinating people at all levels in the organization
• Strong mentoring, communication, coaching and presentation skills
• Experience in working within environments using hybrid approaches (agile/waterfall)
• University degree in Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent fields
• Excellent skills in English and/or German spoken and written
• Experience in working with JIRA

• Leading virtual teams
• Experience in pharmaceutical, telecommunication or IT industry (especially ERP)
• Several references as Scrum Master in projects with several Scrum teams working in parallel
