To support this growth, we’re building out our Revenue Operations function from the ground up—and we’re seeking a hands-on, strategic RevOps Manager to drive impact in the French market while working closely with central teams across Europe.

You will be responsible for creating and optimizing scalable processes that support Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success performance. Acting as a critical link between go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operational execution, you’ll help drive funnel efficiency, improve reporting and forecasting accuracy, and ensure teams are equipped with the right tools, data, and insights to succeed.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone who thrives in dynamic, growth-stage environments—especially those who have built or scaled revenue operations in SaaS or B2B tech. As Shiftmove continues to integrate across markets, your ability to align systems, metrics, and execution across teams will be central to our success in France and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted thought partner to GTM leaders, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance.
  • Set-up and co-manage the day-to-day funnel monitoring and sales improvement programs for sales, SDR’s, CSM and Marketing
  • Develop onboarding and continuous learning experiences that help sales managers ramp quickly and keep existing teams sharp.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with group wide Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (in the region and central teams) to align on initiatives and drive execution.
  • Establish enablement metrics and track program effectiveness (e.g., ramp time, productivity, quota attainment).
  • Represent the central team in ownership of sales enablement tools and actual funnel and sales CRM management.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days:

  • Hit the ground running – structuring existing sales funnel management and reporting to prepare business for further sales growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of our GTM strategy, team structure, and current enablement gaps
  • At start: Use your experience and analytic ability to create sales and funnel reporting – based on the available information

In Your First Year:

  • Drive measurable improvements in GTM performance—e.g., reduced ramp time, improved pipeline velocity, increased quota attainment.
  • Implement funnel management (incl tools) in France business.
  • Monitor and enable CRM pick up rate by the sales teams – incl providing training, documentation and KPI’s.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the revenue organization

Requirements

  • GTM Savvy: Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions (transactional and high-velocity) and how to enable SMB and mid-market teams
  • Metrics-Oriented: You’re comfortable setting KPIs, tracking program success, and iterating based on data
  • Execution-Focused: You’re a self-starter who enjoys building and executing from scratch—no task is too small or too strategic
  • Collaborative: You work well cross-functionally, aligning with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Fully fluent in French and English (both are a strong requirement)
