Sales Manager Brazil

ShowHeroes seeks its next Sales Manager. Reporting directly to our Commercial Director, you'll wield the power to shape and nurture enduring connections with agencies, direct clients, and trading desks, propelling ShowHeroes to new heights in Brazil.

• Manage and develop strong relationships with agencies, trading desks and, above all, direct clients;
• Offer consultative sales, being recognized as a specialist in video and advertising solutions for clients, their contacts and the communications sector in general;
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies for clients in the portfolio and monitoring the entire development process;
• Make institutional and special project presentations;
• Hands-on and hunter profile with a great ability to bring in new business;
• Reporting on commercial activities to the sales director.

• At least 6 years' experience in digital media sales, ideally including video and CTV;
• Proven relationship with interlocutors in media agencies, trading desks and direct clients, with decision-making capacity;
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing concepts, such as metrics, programmatic media, media complementarity, reach and frequency in digital media;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Goal-based mentality, perseverance, security, authority and self-confidence;
• Motivation and courage to express new ideas;
• Willingness and ability to take on responsibility;
• Advanced proficiency in English;
• Basic knowledge of Spanish would be a plus.
